TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. INTRODUCTION These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Thinkup.ai platform ("Platform"), which generates content using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to texts, images, and realistic voices. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

  2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION To use the Platform, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Platform, its content, and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Thinkup.ai or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

  4. USER CONTENT Any content you upload, submit, or post to the Platform remains yours. However, by uploading or submitting content, you grant Thinkup.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Platform.

  5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including the creation of content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

  6. TERMINATION Thinkup.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including if Thinkup.ai reasonably believes you have violated these Terms.

  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Thinkup.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Thinkup.ai's total liability shall not exceed €100.

  8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Melilla, Spain.

  9. AMENDMENTS Thinkup.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
